Policy
All Services In Our Salon:
* No refund for any services no matter the circumstances.
* No refund will be rewarded back to any method of payment; cash, credit or debit card, or gift card.
* When you enter our salon, you have agreed to NOT call the bank to dispute charges for any reason.
* We operate on a repair policy. This states that we will do any repairs oriented originally in our salon that are a result of our workmanship. The changing of a service is not the repair of a service and will result in a charge. There is not a set price for the service of a repair and therefore is to be discussed before the service is executed.
* If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation.
* Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.
* Please respect our technicians' time. We do appreciate a timely manner for canceling or rescheduling appointments as it can alter the technician's day.
